Larissa Nepomuceno é pesquisadora, documentarista e sócia da Fala Filmes. Em seus filmes discute direitos humanos, cultura surda, e o lugar da mulher negra na sociedade. Dirigiu “Megg – A Margem que Migra para o Centro” (2018), “Seremos Ouvidas” (2020), “Emerenciana” (2023). Atuou também como diretora assistente no longa-metragem “Nem Toda História de Amor Acaba em Morte” (Melhor Filme pelo Júri Popular no Cine PE 2025), de Bruno Costa, primeiro longa-metragem brasileiro com uma protagonista surda. Atualmente está em produção de seu primeiro longa-metragem, “Olhares Surdos”.
Larissa Nepomuceno is a researcher, documentary filmmaker, and partner at Fala Filmes. In her films, she discusses human rights, deaf culture, and the place of Black women in society. She directed “Megg – The Margin who Migrates to the Center” (2018), “We Will be Heard (2020), and “Emerenciana” (2023). She also worked as an assistant director on the feature film “Nem Toda História de Amor Acaba em Morte” (Best Film by Popular Jury at Cine PE 2025), by Bruno Costa, the first Brazilian feature film with a deaf protagonist. She is currently producing her first feature film, “Deaf Glances”.
Fábio S. Thibes é produtor e realizador de cinema. Sócio da produtora Fala Filmes, trabalhou na realização e na distribuição de inúmeros trabalhos de relevância em cinema, TV e internet, com destaque para os longas-metragens “Casa Izabel” (Melhor Filme no Cine PE) e “Nem Toda História de Amor Acaba em Morte” (em finalização), em que assina a coordenação de projeto; além da produção e/ou produção executiva de diversos curtas-metragens de sucesso. Atualmente está trabalhando na produção do primeiro longa-metragem de sua produtora, “Olhares Surdos”.
Fábio S. Thibes is a film producer and director. A partner in the production company Fala Filmes, he has worked on the production and distribution of numerous significant works in film, television, and the internet, notably the feature films “Isabel’s House” (Best Film at Cine PE) and “Not every love story ends in death.” (in post-production), where he served as project coordinator; in addition to the production and/or executive production of several successful short films. He is currently working on the production of his production company’s first feature film, “Deaf Glances“.
Nando Sturmer é roteirista, diretor e escritor formado pela Faculdade de Artes do Paraná, e realizou a consultoria do roteiro de “Cinema Direto”. É diretor e roteirista da minissérie Rarefeito e também dirigiu e roteirizou o curta de terror Quarentena. Autor do livro Visitante Noturno e Outras Histórias de Horror, dirige outros curtas como Dia de Gabi e atua como pesquisador em cinema, com estudos como Material Fantasma e A Tela Eloquente. Participa de diversos núcleos de roteiro e assina projetos de desenvolvimento como O Buraco Negro, Um Pássaro Chamado João e Ferreirinha.
Nando Sturmer is a screenwriter, director, and writer who graduated from the Faculty of Arts of Paraná, and served as a script consultant for “Direct Cinema”. He is the director and screenwriter of the miniseries Rarefeito and also directed and wrote the horror short film Quarentena. Author of the book Night Visitor and Other Horror Stories, he directs other short films such as “Gabi’s Day” and works as a film researcher, with studies such as “Phantom material” and “The Eloquent Screen”. He participates in several screenwriting groups and is involved in development projects such as “The Black Hole”, “A Bird Called John”, and Ferreirinha.
